Attorney Vincent Restauri
After graduating from Yale and Duquesne University Law School and completing a federal judicial clerkship in 1978, Vince Restauri spent several years as a municipal finance and municipal bond attorney in the Pittsburgh firm of Jacobs, Frobouck & Stabile.
